It is essential that every Selective Asia guest arranges comprehensive travel insurance cover for the duration of their holiday.
Now more than ever, travel insurance is a vital part of your travel plans, helping to ensure your safety, wellbeing and financial security if things go wrong, both before you depart and while you are away.

For all UK clients, we recommend Campbell Irvine because they are a well established and reliable insurer, and they have a range of policies and upgrades that can be tailored specifically for our holidays. However, we are great believers in offering impartial travel advice, and therefore encourage you to compare the Campbell Irvine Policy against others on the market. It's important to remember that the best policy for you is not necessarily the cheapest policy – make a comparison using the the Travel Insurance Guide
For any non-UK clients we know that Journeyman Insurance offer a good standard of policy for clients living around the world. (note, this is not to be considered a recommendation)
UK law dictates that Selective Asia, as with many other tour operators, cannot now arrange travel insurance directly for our clients. This law stipulates that travel insurance can now only be provided by licensed operatives.
Selective Asia is an Un-regulated Affiliate Introducer for Campbell Irvine who are underwritten by AWP P&C SA and regulated by the FCA.
We recommend that you take the time to read the Key Facts, Policy Wording and Terms of business documents to ensure that you make a fully informed decision. You do not have to take out a policy with Campbell Irvine and many of our guests will have an existing policy, or may choose to obtain cover elsewhere. However it is essential that you check the validity and levels of cover you may already have. In particular, be very wary of the validity and levels of cover offered by credit cards, home insurance or private health insurance. Your travel insurer must be able to provide a 24-hour emergency assistance number. In the event of a claim arising, contact your insurer as soon as possible to make them aware of your situation and that a claim will be arising. Keep as much paperwork and supporting documentation as possible, including any medical bills, receipts and police reports.
In all instances it is essential that you select a policy that has suitable levels of cover for your travel arrangements.
